RANCHO JACONA CANCELLATION POLICIES:

 

CANCELLATION WITH MORE THAN 1 MONTH OR MORE DAYS NOTICE: If you paid by check, you will receive (50%) half of the deposit via check. If you paid by credit card, you will receive (50%) half of the deposit as a credit via the card on file. If the refund is made some months after the original deposit, the credit card handlers may not permit the refund (the original transaction having lapsed in their computers) in which case you will be sent a check for the same amount. Please give the credit card company 3-4 business days to process the refund you made. If you choose to keep the deposit on file you may, however, reuse it at any time during 1 year following the start of the original reservation for any stay of the same pre-tax dollar value as the original reservation.

 

CANCELLATION WITH LESS THAN 25 DAYS NOTICE: We retain your full deposit.(No refunds). The deposit may, however, be reused at any time during 6 months following the start of the original reservation for any stay of the same pre-tax dollar value as the original reservation. After the 6-month period, the deposit will be voided. The deposit may be used only by those making the original reservation unless they have personally arranged with Rancho Jacona to transfer the credit to some other, identified person for a specified house and dates. If this is done, sufficient time must be allowed for the user to be supplied with the same information sent to all guests prior to their arrival.

 

CANCELLATION DURING YOUR STAY, EITHER DAY OR 3 DAYS AFTER CHECK-IN AND LEAVING EARLY: Is permitted, but there will be no refund for the days leaving early. The dates you leave early are dates new guest can stay. If you plan on cancelling and shortening the amount of your stay, we advise to cancel a month in advance.
