With either one king bed or two twin beds, one queen sofa bed, and room for an additional crib or futon.

Description:

Set just above the back meadow with its gardens, fruit trees, and verge of cottonwoods, Piglet has both a portal courtyard and a patio. It is the patio looking out on the meadow. Looking to the east through Piglet's windows is the background of the Jemez mountains on the other side of the Rio Grande valley.

The entrance to Piglet is by the covered portal with a small garden inset between the adobe walls.

One large room makes up the living/dining/sleeping area. The table seats four, guests may specify either one king or two twins, plus a queen sofa bed. The room is spacious. The well equipped kitchen is separate, as is the full bath.

Piglet is near the pool, the presa, and the rabbit pen. The path to the arroyo is adjacent.

Internet WiFi connection is likely in Piglet (not guaranteed )

After two years of kvetching, kicking rocks, and hiring a group of local tribal dancers to perform wireless dances (not very different from rain dances, except drier, afterward) Rancho Jacona is pleased to announce that we have wireless service. The dining room next to the office has been fitted up with access for anyone with a wireless ready laptop. Cost to you is a one time $10 fee, which will buy you the password for the duration of your stay. No telling. We’re swearing you to secrecy and changing the password four times a year. Access will be limited to office hours. Speed will vary according to hook-ups.
