Because Rancho Jacona is able to save on water, energy, and house keeping, when its guests stay for seven days or more, that saving is passed directly on to the guests.

The value of that saving is 13 to 17% depending on the size of the rental house.

During "Way-Off "Season, this value is compounded by an additional 20%.
